AMP Building
Constructed in the late 1950s, the AMP Building at Circular Quay in Sydney underwent a $90 million refurbishment. Once the renovations were completed, the final issue was the corroded stormwater downpipes.

Zillmere Station
A busy train route was under threat as the tracks ran over a main sewer line that was in extremely poor condition. Closing the tracks would have resulted in major disruptions to commuters, and therefor a public backlash against Queensland Rail.
